Happy Monday everyone!! I had a wonderful weekend (and lots of wine!!) with my friends and my little sis. My apartment is definitely not big enough for my sister to live here permanently, but having her here these past few weeks has been the absolute best thing ever. Nothing is better than sister time :).

If I could find a way to wear flannel all year, I would! Although my typical flannel combo often includes denim, I thought it would be fun to pair it with my latest obsession: my sequin J. Crew skirt. Yup, that means you'll be seeing a whole lot more of this sequined beauty!

Happy Monday lovelies! I hope you all had a nice weekend. The weather is beautiful, and all of the trees are full of festive red, orange, and yellow leaves! I just LOVE Fall; hands down the best season!

Neutral Wear

Happy Friday everyone! Today is a great day because I’m finally starting to feel more like myself and less like a cold medicine-addled zombie. Hooray!! I plan on taking it easy this weekend, and using my free time on Saturday to clean up my now very messy apartment and to see some of my lovely friends.

Play Ball

There is something about watching a baseball game with your family that is just plain fun; maybe it's devouring overpriced hot dogs, cotton candy, and popcorn. Haha. I enjoy sports, but I'm not one to spend a couple of hours watching a game on TV. I much prefer being at the stadium, where I can take part in all the excitement, while pretending that I know what's going on :).

Eating delicious food, and drinking coffee or cocktails are two things that are near the very top of my extremely long List of Things I Like To Do. Although I've lived in Boston for almost two years, I'm still constantly discovering new places to check out. So what better way to combine multiple loves than to start a blog series on local bars, cafes, and restaurants in and around Boston?! Thank goodness all of my friends love food as much as me! Hello beautiful people! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! My weekend wasn't very relaxing because I was working all weekend, but I always enjoy spending time with my J. Crew family :). Alright, I have a confession to make: this is not my t-shirt. In fact, when I first saw Paul wearing this shirt, I told him that he couldn't wear it out in public with me. So mean of me, right?! Let's just say I quickly realized that I was completely wrong about this t-shirt, and now I want to wear it all of the time!

I know it's fall, but since the weather in Boston is having trouble keeping track of what season it is, I figured I could still sneak in some pictures from my trip home a couple weeks ago! Please excuse my unruly hair in these pictures. We took them in Encinitas on an overcast day, and my hair doesn't always like to cooperate in certain types of weather. But enough about my hair! :)

Gone Fishing

The weather on Sunday was perfect for a leisurely stroll down Newbury Street! I couldn't believe there were so many cute little boutiques that I had yet to explore. Luckily, I had the perfect partners in crime! Jill and I spent most of the morning admiring and trying on all of the new fall clothes and accessories. Can't wait for our next Sunday girls' day!
